If you have not seen any of Ross' stuff, it is great. I like his low-tech, high effect philosophy. He has a great website, www.rosstraining.com and it is worth visiting. I have not ever ordered his stuff, but havepicked up a a lot out of his writings. Take a look and learn something new. The clip is worth watching all of the way through.
