The pistols have improved greatly. I think that it is due to having a counter weight. I hope to get three days of 4 sets this week.

I've tried a couple of home workouts when I can't get to the gym. Check out http://chubbygirljourney.blogspot.com for some of my favorite moves.
I have not been to a gym to workout in over three years. I have built my own at home with kettlebells and other evil toys. there are no benches or standard equipment here.
