Some silat work from a Sayoc Camp. This is very similar to the knife work from Camp Lansdale. It is from Ken Pannell, Guro Mike Casto's Instructor.
Very cool video! I must say it reminds me of the borne Identity fighting from the movies, although the fight is over alot earlier in your video.It also reminds me of Tim Larkin's Target Focus Training.Nice blog!I'll be checking in on this blog to read and learn!
